  • The pressure rating reaches 6,000 psig (414 bar) at 70°F in 316 stainless steel for the 1700, 2100, and 2219 Series, and the 2219 Severe Service Series operates up to 1,000°F (538°C) at 1,750 psig with Grafoil packing. Brass models in the 2100 and 3700/3800/3900 Series carry 3,000 psig (207 bar) at 70°F.

  • The body materials available are 316 stainless steel, brass, carbon steel, MONEL, and HASTELLOY C-276 (HASTELLOY C-276 body is offered on the 2219 Severe Service Series).

  • The 1700 and 3700/3800/3900 are forged-body integral bonnet valves for general instrumentation. The 2100 and 2200 are bar stock screwed bonnet valves, with the 2100 offering high temperature service to +600°F via Graph-Lock packing and the 2200 offering corrosive service with a HASTELLOY C-276 stem tip. The 2219 is a forged-body union bonnet severe service valve meeting ANSI 900# for steam and hot condensate duty up to +1,000°F.

  • The packing options are Dyna-Pak (TFE wafer) for standard service to +450°F, Graph-Lock for high temperature service to +600°F on the 2100 Series, and Grafoil for steam and severe service up to +1,000°F on the 2219 Series. Buna-N and Viton O-ring kits are available for the 3700 and 3800 Series.

  • The 2219 Severe Service Series handles steam service in power plants. It meets ANSI 900# specifications, operates up to 1,000°F (538°C) at 1,750 psig, and uses Grafoil packing with a non-rotating 316 stainless steel stem tip.
