Dopak Closed Samplers for Liquids

Dopak closed vent samplers for liquids cover the DPM, HD, DPJ, DPT, S23, and S32 series for representative samples of liquids with vapour pressures up to approximately 0.7 bar at ambient temperature when a bottle is used. The product is drawn into a sealed bottle through a needle assembly, with air and vapour vented back through a vent needle. The DPM uses standard valves, the DPJ uses piston valves for higher viscosity media, and the DPT is an in-line sampler in wafer or flanged type.

Dopak Open Sampling distributor in India

Dopak open and partly-open samplers handle spot sampling from storage tanks, drums, bags, and process lines where closed-vent sampling is not required. For liquids and semi-solids, we stock the DPBM, DPTK, DPZK, DPFH, and DPDS series along with filling assemblies. For solids, powders, and granules, we stock the DPVS, DPGM, and DPSM series. DOPAK Sample Handling Systems

The DOPAK sample handling range comprises the Sample Recovery System (SRS), which recovers a liquid sample from a sample bottle without spillage or contamination, and the Cylinder Emptying System (CES), which empties a cylinder containing liquefied gas under controlled conditions. Both are designed for use in plant laboratories and connect to either bottle-based or cylinder-based field sampling points. DOPAK Spare Parts and Accessories

We stock DOPAK consumables and accessories including needle assemblies, bottle adapters, sample bottles, sample cylinders, septa, sample coolers and replacement valve internals. DOPAK offers both the Single Coil Sample Cooler and the Double Coil Sample Cooler. The standard tube-side material on both is SS316/316L, with other materials available on request.
