The DBB Series gives double-block-and-bleed on/off control on process sampling and analyser systems, with metal-to-metal seals to the atmosphere that keep contaminants out of the sample stream. We hold stand-alone, multi-stream manifold, surface mount modular (ANSI/ISA-76 compliant), and base manifold configurations from our Mumbai stockyard. Bodies come in 316L stainless steel, Monel, and Hastelloy C-276, and the valves operate from vacuum (50 torr) up to 500 psig (34 barg) with a 0.23 Cv and 0.16 cc internal volume between the double-block valves.

Stand-Alone DBB Valve

Stand-Alone DBB Valve: Single DBB valve in a self-contained body with mounting brackets, fitted with 1/8" FNPT process connections. Used as a discrete double-block-and-bleed isolation point on a sample line.
Multi-Stream DBB Manifold: 2 to 12 DBB valves on a common manifold baseplate with an integrated sweep loop at the common outlet. Interlocking pins between the valve body and baseplate prevent misassembly on the bench.
Surface Mount DBB (ANSI/ISA-76 Modular): Surface-mount valve that drops into μMS3 modular sample handling systems. A CT11358 base adapter plate is needed for non-CT76-manufactured ISA-76 platforms.
Base Manifold DBB: Multi-valve manifold supplied with mounting brackets, threaded rods, and end plates for skid or panel mounting. Configurable from 2 to 12 valve modules with the same wetted materials.

The body materials available are 316L stainless steel, Monel, and Hastelloy C-276. Manifold baseplates and end plates use the same material set.

A single DBB manifold can be stacked with 1 to 12 valves. The M2 Expansion Module adds streams to an existing manifold without rebuilding the assembly.

The DBB valve needs a minimum of 50 psig pneumatic actuation pressure at 50 psig process pressure. Actuation air can be supplied from the top of the valve or routed through the manifold.

Yes, the surface mount DBB valves are ANSI/ISA-76 compliant for μMS3 modular sample handling systems. A CT11358 base adapter plate is needed for non-CT76-manufactured surface-mount platforms.
