Standard 316/316L dual-certified stainless steel bodies, hydrostatically tested to 1.5 times working pressure, handle 6,000 psi (413 bar) at 212°F (100°C) with PTFE packing, with 10,000 psi available on remote-mount models only.

The difference is that 2-valve manifolds isolate and vent for static pressure and liquid level service, 3-valve manifolds add an equalise valve to zero a DP transmitter, and 5-valve manifolds add two vent valves so the instrument can be calibrated against a known pressure source through the vent ports.
The rating is 6,000 psi (413 bar) at 212°F (100°C) with PTFE packing, derating to 4,000 psi (275 bar) at 392°F (200°C). With GRAFOIL packing the high-temperature rating extends to 3,300 psi (230 bar) at 842°F (450°C).
The difference is that direct mount manifolds bolt straight onto the DP transmitter flange with no impulse piping between the manifold and the instrument, while remote mount manifolds sit on a pipe stand or bracket with impulse tubing carrying the signal up to the instrument.
