The HOKE Monoflange range covers three primary configurations: the HMF1 single block, HMF2 single block and bleed, and HMF3 double block and bleed. Each model offers a standard screwed bonnet with a needle primary valve or an OS&Y bonnet, and every body uses HOKE's Non-Rotating Tip (NRT) stem with a 0.187 inch (4.75 mm) standard orifice.

HOKE HMF1 Single Block Monoflange Valve

Design Type: One-piece forged body, single block primary isolation valve.
Body Materials: 316/316L stainless steel (A479), 316/316L NACE, Carbon Steel A105 (A105N), A105 NACE, Low Temp Carbon Steel A350 LF2, Hastelloy C276, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, Monel 400, Duplex 22% Cr, Super Duplex 25% Cr (A182F55), 254 SMO, and Titanium Grade 2.
Inlet Flange Sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2", and 3" ANSI; 1 13/16", 2 1/16", and 2 9/16" API.
Inlet Face: Raised Face (RF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ) standard; BX on request.
Pressure Rating: ANSI Class 150# through 2500# per ASME B16.5; 2,000, 3,000, 5,000, and 10,000 API per API 6A.

Packing: Four-ring PTFE Chevron, multi-ring grafoil with braided graphite, firesafe, or low emission. Third-party verified to exceed US EPA 40 CFR 60 emission standards by more than five times.
Temperature Range: Up to 450°F (232°C) with PTFE packing; up to 1,000°F (538°C) with graphite packing.
Applications: Pressure instrument take-off points, sample connections, analytical connections, vent and purge service, and drains for tanks and pipes where space is limited.

HOKE HMF2 Single Block and Bleed Monoflange Valve

Design Type: One-piece body with a single block valve and an integral bleed port.
Body Materials: 316/316L stainless steel (A479), 316/316L NACE, Carbon Steel A105 and A105 NACE, A350 LF2, Hastelloy C276, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, Monel 400, Duplex, Super Duplex (A182F55), 254 SMO, and Titanium Grade 2.
Inlet Flange Sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2", and 3" ANSI; 1 13/16", 2 1/16", and 2 9/16" API.

HOKE Monoflange Valves: Sourcing and Technical Questions

The difference is that the HMF1 is a single block isolation valve, the HMF2 adds an integral bleed port to the single block, and the HMF3 is a double block and bleed with two block valves in series and one bleed. The HMF2 and HMF3 ship with a 1/2" FNPT vent port and plug supplied loose as standard.

The maximum pressure rating is ANSI Class 2500 per ASME B16.5 and 10,000 psi per API 6A. Lower ratings cover ANSI 150#, 300#, 600#, 900#/1500#, and 2,000, 3,000, and 5,000 API.

The working temperature range is up to 450°F (232°C) with PTFE packing and up to 1,000°F (538°C) with graphite packing.

The body materials available are 316/316L stainless steel (A479), Carbon Steel A105, Low Temp CS A350 LF2, Hastelloy C276, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, Monel 400, Duplex 22% Cr, Super Duplex 25% Cr (A182F55), 254 SMO, and Titanium Grade 2. NACE-compliant 316 and A105 variants cover sour service applications.

We supply 1/4", 1/2", and 3/4" Female NPT, 1/2" Male NPT, 9/16" MP, 1/4", 1/2", and 3/4" GYROLOK, and 10 mm integral GYROLOK outlets. Integral GYROLOK is machined directly into the valve body and removes the need for threaded tubing joints.
