About Priminox Overseas
Priminox Overseas is a Mumbai-based supplier of instrumentation, valves, and process control components. We have been in operation for nearly 2 decades. We serve industries where safety, accuracy, and material traceability are non-negotiable requirements. We are an authorised distributor for HOKE®, GYROLOK®, GO Regulator®, and DOPAK®. Our company is also the Sole Distributor in India for Oliver Valves, a UK-based manufacturer of high-integrity valves used in oil and gas applications, including subsea service. This combination of authorised brands allows us to offer products that are pre-approved on most major project vendor lists.
Our office and warehouse are located in Mumbai. We hold ready inventory to support immediate project requirements. We are a sourcing and technical partner for engineering, design and procurement teams that require certified components for critical service applications.

Our History and Growth
Priminox Overseas was established in 2007. Our company was set up to address the limited availability of fully traceable, high-specification instrumentation in the Indian market. Since then, we have expanded our product range and added principal partnerships with international manufacturers. Our growth has been supported by attention to product quality and by handling the technical and commercial documentation that large industrial projects require.

Mill test certificates with every consignment
The Certificate mean that our quality processes, environmental practices, and safety procedures are subject to regular third-party audit. Every consignment we deliver is supported by manufacturer mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 as applicable) and brand certificates of conformance. Documentation is prepared to meet third-party inspection (TPI) and project audit requirements.
