Complete Range of HOKE CT76 Substrate and Component Valves

The CT76 platform combines diaphragm valve technology with a low dead-volume, surface-mount design. All component valves share metal-to-metal seals to atmosphere, Elgiloy diaphragms, PCTFE or PEEK seats, and interlocking pins between the valve body and manifold baseplate for correct reassembly.

HOKE CT76: Sourcing and Technical Questions, Answered

  • The HOKE CT76 platform is compliant with ANSI/ISA 76.00.02, the modular surface-mount interface standard for sample conditioning systems used in process gas chromatographs and online analysers.

  • The DV1 is a two-way on/off isolation valve, the DV5 is a three-way stream-switching valve, the DBB is a double-block-and-bleed valve with an integrated sweep loop, and the DSS and DSV are atmospheric reference modules (normally open and normally closed, respectively) used to vent the analyser line during purge and calibration.

  • The CT76 substrate itself is rated to 3,600 psig (248 barg). Component valves limit the populated system: the DV5, DSS, DSV, DBB, DBC and DBA are rated to 500 psig (34 barg), with proof pressure 2,000 psig and burst pressure 8,000 psig; the DV1 is rated to 500 psig with the small actuator, 800 psig with the medium actuator and 3,600 psig with the large actuator (surface-mount large-diameter only).

  • We supply CT76 valve bodies in 316L Stainless Steel, Monel and Hastelloy C-276, with the same three materials available for baseplates and end plates, so the whole assembly stays in one alloy family.

  • The temperature range depends on the seat: -40°F to +212°F (-40°C to +100°C) with PCTFE seats, and 0°F to +400°F (-18°C to +204°C) with PEEK seats.

  • Minimum actuation pressure: 40 psig nominal for the DV1 small and medium diameter, 50 psig for the DV1 large diameter, and 50 psig at 50 psig process pressure for the DV5, DBB, DSS and DSV.
