HOKE HM25 Single Block Hand Valve
- Application: High-integrity instrument isolation of pressure gauges and pressure transmitters.
- Body Materials: 316/316L dual certified Stainless Steel as standard. Optional alloys: HASTELLOY C276, MONEL, Super Duplex, Duplex, Titanium, Titanium Blue Anodised, INCONEL 625, INCONEL 825, 6%Mo, and Carbon Steel.
- End Connections: 1/4" NPT and 1/2" NPT female as standard. Optional BSPP threads are available as the AH option.
- Standard Bore: Ø 4.76 mm through bore.
- Flow Coefficient (Cv): 0.4 fully open.
- Pressure Rating (PTFE Packing): 6,000 psi (413 bar) at 212°F (100°C); 4,000 psi (275 bar) at 392°F (200°C).
- Pressure Rating (GRAFOIL Packing): 6,000 psi (413 bar) at 212°F (100°C); 3,300 psi (230 bar) at 842°F (450°C).
- High Pressure Option: 10,000 psi rated (AA option).
- Stem Tip: Hard stainless steel as standard, PCTFE soft tip optional for clean shut-off (maximum 120°C, PTFE packing only).
- Packing: PTFE as standard, GRAFOIL optional.
- Compliance: NACE MR-01-75 and NORSOK M-650 (316/316L body and trim parts).
- Test: Hydrostatically tested to 1.5 times maximum working pressure.
- Security Options: Anti-tamper isolate (AD), lockable isolate (AE).
- Other Features: Removable T-bar handle, bonnet locking pin, externally adjustable gland packing seal, back-seated stem, safety locknut, colour-coded dust caps, HOKE close tolerance NPT threads with 5-6 threads engaged.
- Certification: Original mill certificates to EN 10204-3.1, trace code laser-engraved on body.
