The grade Stainless Steel 310/310S/310H are three different grades, out of which 310 is a base grade and 310S and 310H are the modified versions with low and high carbon content than the base grade, respectively. The Pipes made of these grades are highly resistant to corrosion and carries high strength. They are readily weldable and workable. The low carbon version is less prone to embrittlement, while the high carbon version exhibits excellent resistance to sulfur dioxide at higher temperatures.
