We are metal product manufacturer of duplex and super duplex metal products.
Duplex stainless steel, also known as duplex steel, is an austenitic grade of corrosion-resistant steel characterized by a low carbon content. It is nonmagnetic and has a high level of ductility and malleability. Duplex stainless steel offers the corrosion resistance typical of austenitic grades but also has improved machinability and weldability. Duplex stainless steels are typically used in applications where a higher strength to weight ratio is desired or where corrosive conditions warrant these properties. The duplex designation consists of two elements: the element symbol for Titanium (Ti) followed by the atomic number for Iron (Fe). For example, 2.5% Ti and 98.5% Fe would be written as Ti25.
