Oliver Valvetek Subsea Valves are available in pressure ratings up to 15,000 PSI (1,034 bar). The HPHT range is designed for higher-pressure applications up to 20,000 PSI (1,380 bar). These valves are suitable for subsea systems operating at depths up to 10,000 ft (3,050 m).
The valves are manufactured using corrosion-resistant materials such as Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Super Duplex F55, and 6Mo. These materials are selected for harsh subsea and high-pressure environments. All materials comply with API Material Classes FF and HH and NACE MR-01-75 standards.
Each valve is supplied with BS EN 10204 3.1 material certification and pressure test reports. Every valve also carries a unique serial number for complete traceability. Additional 3.2 witnessed certification and API-qualified testing documents can be provided on request.
