  • Oliver Twinsafe DBB valves handle 10,000 PSI maximum in the API 6A range (up to 1-13/16" full bore) and ASME Class 150 to ASME Class 2500 in the pipeline range.

  • The standard temperature range is -50°C to +200°C for trunnion designs and up to +240°C for floating ball designs, with a high-temperature option up to +315°C on metal-seated builds.

  • Stock body materials are Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, and nickel alloys. NACE MR-01-75 compliance for sour service is also available.

  • The Compact Style uses a single-piece body with the same face-to-face length as a single ball valve (ASME B16.10), while the Flanged Style uses a bolted two-piece or three-piece body with conventional through-bolted flanged connections.

  • Yes, Oliver Twinsafe DBB valves are fire tested and certified to API 607, API 6FA and ISO 10497 with certificates issued by independent bodies such as Lloyd's or DNV.

  • Seat options include soft seats in Devlon, PEEK, and PTFE, and metal seats in Tungsten Carbide and Chrome Carbide, available in single or Double Piston Effect (DPE) configurations. 

  • Each valve is supplied with BS EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 material certification, pressure test report, fire test certificate where applicable and a unique serial number for full life traceability.
